Hello and thank you for shopping with us! If you would like to accurately find out the status of your delivery please enter in your tracking code below: (Please note: if you have just received your shipment advise, your order will only be traceable after 7pm)

 

How long does delivery take?

We at The Watch Co will always strive to fulfil orders as soon as we possibly can. In most cases delivery is done two to three days after payment has been received. Please note this delivery time is brand and region specific:

Main Centres refer to:

Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Durban, Johannesburg, George, Pretoria, Port Elizabeth, East London

Expect delivery within 5 working days. 
Note: a day refers to a normal business day/hours and would exclude Saturday/Sunday and public holidays.

Please note that there might be a delay in order processing during the Black Friday/Festive season due to high sales volumes (an extra day or 2 might be required for order processing or for our courier once an item is dispatched). We will try have your order with you as soon as possible but we will not be held responsible for delays with are either unforeseen or out of our control. If an order is intended as a birthday gift or special occasion, please ensure your order is placed well in advance. Under no circumstance will The Watch Co be liable for same day delivery.

Where can my order be delivered?

As long as the address given is a physical address with a human to sign for the parcel either yourself or someone on your behalf then that’s perfectly fine with us, our couriers require a friendly smile and your autograph on the delivery note.

Note: We do not ship to any P.O Box/Post Net addresses.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number for your order with a link to track your order alternatively your tracking number can be found by logging into your account. CLICK HERE to track your order.

Note: This will only show movement after 17:00 that day as the parcel needs to be scanned into the hub at the end of the day.

My order states processing, what does this mean?

This means that your order has not been shipped as yet and is currently still in the process chain as soon as your order has been shipped the status will change to complete.
